Tender description

The London Borough of Waltham Forest wishes to commission an integrated Healthwatch and NHS Complaints Advocacy Services and invites bid submissions from suitably experienced organisations wishing to tender for the above contract. The contract, which is expected to start on 1st July 2017, will be for a three-year period with the option to extend by a further two years, subject to annual review. This contract will address the responsibility of the Council to ensure an integrated Healthwatch service and NHS Complaints Advocacy service are available to residents of the borough.
