NHS Norwich Clinical Commissioning Group (acting as coordinating Commissioner), NHS South Norfolk CCG, NHS North Norfolk CCG and NHS West Norfolk CCG require to procure care services within a Nursing Home, and Domiciliary care, for patients who are eligible for NHS CHC funding. This Contract Notice is to re-open the window for tendering for this requirement; the original contract notice was 2016/S 115/204269 and providers who have tendered for these services in that notice do not need to re-apply. Requirement for Nursing Care Homes provision for patients requiring NHS Continuing Healthcare in such settings. Domiciliary Care for NHS Continuing Healthcare funded patients.
