Tender description

London Borough of Barnet (LBB) is seeking to provide a new contract opportunity for a new Integrated 0-19 Service with a potential (5) year contract term, due to commence from 1.4.2018. LBB will require the contract to operate, manage and deliver an outcomes based service, jointly with LBB with a specific emphasis on supporting and contributing to achieving public health outcomes. LBB is seeking to strategically integrate patient outcomes within a future 0-19 contract that will align health and wellbeing priorities. Scope of Services: — Health Visiting, — Family Nurse Partnership (FNP), — School Nursing, — Looked After Children (LAC).
