Tender description

Medway Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure the services of an experienced and suitably qualified Contractor to undertake replacement of existing mineral felt roof with a mineral felt roof system and GRP roof lights to the corridor, kitchen and basement roofs. The Council is targeting to have awarded the contract during May 2017 with a subsequent commencement date of July 2017. The estimated value of the works is approximately within the range £120 - £130K. The estimated Contract period will be for 8 weeks. The form of contract used will be the JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design 2011 All documents can be accessed and downloaded via the Kent Business Portal. These need to be completed, uploaded on to the portal and submitted prior to the deadline date and time.
