Who Speclialist Work With You will be part of the TDA team What Specialists Work On 1. Technical lead on HMPO's strategy to replace its existing EUC services (e.g End User Devices, Voice, Office, Windows OS, Citrix, Active Directory, File storage) 2. Define transition strategy 3. Technical SME on investments in legacy EUC services and troubleshooting ensuring they align with technical strategy 4. Intelligent customer to central shared services team who are delivering many of the services we intend to re-use 5. Identification and mitigation of technical risks 6.
