Tender description
East Belfast Community Development Agency EBCDA, a community organisation based in the East Belfast; as Lead Partner in the CCL project, now requires a Contractor or consortium to manage and arrange delivery of a range of intervention training/learning programmes across the Belfast East SIF Zone that have been designed to meet the overall strategic objectives of the CCL project set out above. EBCDA, as the client, will oversee the delivery of the project on behalf of the Executive Office's TEO Belfast East SIF Zone.
