Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (“the Council”) invites electronic tenders for the Design, Fabrication, Supply and Installation of a Footbridge at the A127/A1015 Kent Elms Junction within the boundaries of Southend on Sea Borough Council. The footbridge will form part of a larger improvement project underway and commissioned by Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, as the Highway Authority, for highway improvements at the A127/A1015 Kent Elms Junction which involves introducing an additional lane in each direction on the A127, extending lanes, new pedestrian crossings and removal of the existing footbridge.
