PURCH1457 Adam Smith Business School building. Architect led multi-disciplinary design team. Refer to PQQ documents including the ESPD (Scotland) and the Project Information. PURCH1457 College of Arts Architect led multi-disciplinary design team. The University is seeking to appoint an Architect led multi-disciplinary design team, including all of the disciplines necessary to deliver the design, consenting and delivery of the completed facility (RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages 1-7), Indicative Construction Value: 31.2m GBP (including VAT). PQQ & ESPD documents available from Public Contracts Scotland. PQQ & ESPD returns should be submitted via Public Contracts Scotland, no paper copies will be accepted. Should paper responses be submitted, they will be rejected. Further to this any questions or communications regarding individual tender exercises must be sent via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal.
