Tender description

Translink wish to establish a framework of Economic Operators to provide Permanent Way Design Services over a period of a maximum of 4 years commencing on the 1.6.2017. The framework will consist of four Economic Operator and a standby list of a further two Economic Operators. The estimated expenditure over term of the framework is 3 000 000 GBP. The Services required from the Framework may include but are not limited to the following, track alignment inspections and surveys, track condition reports, feasibility studies, permanent way alignment design permanent way drainage design, permanent way signal cable duct Signalling and Telecomms design, permanent way formation design, permanent way geotechnical design, ballast retention design, switch and crossing design, site topographical surveys, UWC and LC permanent way interface, independent design checking and general civil engineering requirements.
