How many contractors do you need and of what specialties, please? What model of ESB Agile are you using? The work will be undertaken as work packages. (for a number of days.) There is no model assigned to ESB Agile, rather it is an application which is currently at release 16.9 2. Please can you confirm the resource you need for this project, we are assuming it's Scrum Masters? Thr resource will be required to use the ESB agile application to built on which is currently at 16.9 3. So you are seeking consultants for Meritech's bespoke "ESB Agile" application? Can't these only be sourced from Meritech themselves? The Council welcomes tenders from anybody who wishes to place a proposal. The council understands that esb agile is widely supplied to organisations in Different forms. The council refers suppliers to Pentagull who is the application owner. 4. Is "ESB Agile" an open source application? If not, what was the rational behind choosing a closed source product which locks you in to a single vendor (ESB Agile limited - itself a partnership between Meritech and Pentagull)? The application is community based whereby all users may share each other developed processes within the builder digital platform. Indeed the Council has been very successful in not only sharing thier developed processes but also aquiring process from others so not to re-invent and spend wasted time. For the purposes of this requirement there are no processes or plug-ins which are available to the Council from that Community, therefore technical resources are require to enable these and they will inturn be fed into the wider community and user base.
