Tender description

Southend on Sea Borough Council require a suitably qualified Supplier to deliver Property Asset Valuations and Insurance Reinstatement Valuations for a period of up to 6 years. This is a programme of all asset and insurance reinstatement valuations of Southend on Sea Borough Council's complete property portfolio together with other ad-hoc valuation work; this covers all the Council's Asset and Insurance valuation work. The Council re-values all assets on a 5-year rolling programme with an investment property revaluation and impairment review each year.
