Tender description

Block D1, Project Wave, North Wall Quay, Dublin 1 is the preferred option for the NTMA's proposed new office premises. The consultancy services required for this project will be procured on the basis of a single integrated design team. The selected team will be required to provide all design services and advice/ancillary services in relation to all aspects of the fit-out works and all engagements with the landlord in relation to both the landlord and tenant works throughout the construction period. The fit-out works will be procured separately by the NTMA. The Integrated Design Team shall comprise, but not necessarily be limited to: 1. Architectural services including Employer's Representative, Planning Consultancy services, ‘Assigned’ Certifier. Fire Consultancy services, Project Management. 2. Quantity Surveying services, 3. Civil and Structural engineering services, 4. Building Services (M&E) Engineering services, 5. Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
