Wyre Borough Council is looking for a consultant(s) to write the activity plan to complement the restoration of The Mount, Mount Road, Fleetwood, Lancashire FY7 6QZ. You will assess the activity plan prepared for the Stage One Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) Parks for People application; consulting with prospective partners and overseeing pilot activities. The plan you produce will address HLF aims of participation and learning; the plan will follow the HLF guidance ‘Planning activities in heritage projects’.
