Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership are looking to develop a new contract arrangement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) within the homes of supported people in Angus. This is an opportunity for providers to help shape the future model prior to a tender exercise later in 2017. This is an opportunity for providers to help shape the future model prior to a tender exercise later in 2017. The aim of the service will be to provide person-centred, outcome-focussed care and support to Angus residents, in line with Self-Directed Support legislation and complemented by a comprehensive, predefined pricing model.
