Tender description
The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (Housing Executive) invites tenders for the provision of a manned Security Guarding Service. This contract is for a province wide manned security guarding service to include key holding services and ad-hoc guarding services as and when required by the Housing Executive. This will include, but may not be limited to: Housing Executive car parks, Vulnerable Housing Executive housing stock and Temporary Concierge cover in Multi Story Flats. The contractor will also be required to occasionally check on and verify the well being of lone workers in various hostels.
