Tender description
Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune has, after a prior competition entered into a framework agreement for access to analysis services, research work and competence in central themes of the county plan. The aim of the procurement was to enter into a framework agreement with an analysis and review environment with competence and experience within central themes in the county plan. The contract is for the procurement of quantitative and qualitative surveys, analyses of primary and secondary data, reviews, minor writing assignments and the exchange of personnel for short exchange programme stays.
