Provision of Enabling Centre and Assertive Outreach Service

Tender description

The Enabling Centre (EC) will be a flexible, building-based day service which empowers service users to make positive changes in their lives and move away from rough sleeping/street drinking permanently. The Assertive Outreach (AO) will be a flexible service going out routinely at night and/or in response to growing need as identified by Preston City Council’s Housing Advice Service and other internal Departments and outside agencies. The AO will actively engage with those sleeping rough/street drinking and initially refer them to the services at the EC, also integrating with other city wide health, social care and other relevant agencies.
