The service provides: Consultation, advice and identification of potential referrals for triage assessment; Client assessment and recommendations about appropriate care pathways; developing strategies for staff on how to respond to hostel residents with complex behaviours in order to improve client engagement and outcomes; Liaison and attendance at case conference meetings; Structured training, advice, support and supervision to staff teams.
