Tender description

For the provision of Off-Street Civil Parking Enforcement Services. The successful provider will be required to patrol off-street car parks, issue penalty charge notifications where appropriate and generally supervise car park usage. For the provision of Off-Street Civil Parking Enforcement Services for South Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council. The contract is for off-street civil parking enforcement services up to and including the issue of penalty charge notifications (PCN's). Nottinghamshire County Council will provide an I.T. service to support all aspects of the enforcement, by managing the administrative functions of the service relating to the stages of processing the PCN's, following issue by the Provider. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years intended to commence on 1.5.2017 with the option to extend for 2 further periods of 1 year up to a maximum contract period of 5 years.
