Market Consultation event for the provision of specialist health services for adults with learning disabilities in West Sussex. — Nursing; — Speech and Language Therapy; — Psychology and Specialist Behaviour Practitioners; — Psychiatry; — Occupational Therapy; — Physiotherapy; — Health facilitation and acute hospital liaison; — Associated management and administrative support; — Working in partnership with social care professionals within an integrated Community Learning Disability Team context; — Working in partnership with local NHS and other statutory and non-statutory partners; — Working across adults and children's services to deliver a Life Pathway approach; — Providing services to people who are the commissioning responsibility of West Sussex and people living in West Sussex who are the commissioning responsibility of other areas.
