Can you clarify, please? A1.We drive the agile development in ‘sprints’, with the developer resource being part of our team on the ground (physically preferred, but virtually could work if they can manage that). 2. Q2. Is there a requirement for a mobile development environment for times when an external supplier would be co-located on-site for meetings? E.g. Secure laptop with correct environment for the project. A2. We’ve specified the environment as http://developer.nhs.uk/. As included in the requirement, the developer can work remotely (including joining daily stand-ups and weekly show and tells. However attendance at the Leeds location is also an option if preferred b y the developer. 3. Does the defined day rate budget cover the planned travel and subsistence expenses, or is this handled under a different allocation? There is no allocation for travel and/or subsistence.
