Tender description
Framework Agreement for the supply of Books, e-books, standing orders and related materials. This tender is split into 11 Lots and Sub-lots. Print books to participating consortia member libraries. Participating consortia are SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. Print and electronic standing order books supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-books for library access for Authorised Users — title/package purchase for access on Aggregator platform. Supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-Books for library access for Authorised Users — Patron/Demand Drive Acquisition supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-books for library access for Authorised Users — title/package purchase for access on third party platform. Supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-Books for library access for Authorised Users — Titles accessed on an annual subscription basis supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-textbook access by number of core users — Supplier negotiated terms supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. E-textbook access by number of core users — Third party/institution negotiated terms for access via Supplier platform, supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. English Language Print Books for institution department purchase supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. Sale of print and e-books to individual staff and students and alumni. Supplied to members of the participating consortia: SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015. Mainland European Language Books in at least two languages from the following: German, French, Spanish and Italian, supplied to members of SUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC, LUPC, HEPCW, NEYAL, MUAL, NoWAL, WHELF. Agreement open to member universities and their partners regardless of whether or not they are defined as Contracting Authorities for the purposes of the PCR 2015.
