Laying of Water Mains and Drinking Water Supply at Wavertree Playground The scope of the works detailed in this section is to be the excavations, necessary trench work and supports, supply, delivery, fixing, connecting, testing, commissioning, chlorination and demonstrating all necessary materials, fittings, accessories etc., required to provide complete working installations. The works are to include the provision of the whole of the plant, tools, and instruments, scaffolding, ladders, temporary guards and other equipment required to carry out the services installation. Labour, both skilled and un-skilled is to be included into the above list. Everything obviously necessary for the completion of the works should be included within the contract price.
