Tender description
KNH would like to monitor the energy usage in district and sheltered housing complex boiler houses to identify the environmental impact of their plant rooms and therefore require the supply, commission and monitoring service of approximately 50 GSM/GPRS data reporting units with an Online Platform to read data (KWH usage and faults) from heat meters for each plant room. 25 Sheltered Housing Plant Rooms are intended to have had Heat Meter Replacements undertaken between March 2017 – April 2017 and upon completion should be added to this data reporting service with a following 25 District Heating Plant Rooms to undergo the same upgrades between October 2017 – December 2017 which will then also be added to this service.
