Tender description

An application characterisation study of Joint Targeting System (JTS) version 4.0 is required to assess the new functionality and capabilities of this version of the software compared to its previous version. The Application Characterisation Framework (ACF) has already characterised the top ten NATO applications, including JTS version 3.0. A newer version of JTS (version 4.0) has now been released and the ACF needs to be updated in order to understand what new capabilities are delivered by the new version of the software. The output of this task will be an updated version of the ACF which clearly articulates the enhanced capabilities of JTS version 4.0, providing traceability to the supporting doctrine.
