Tender description
Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council requires accommodation to address the housing needs of at least 5 Stockton borough residents (adults with learning disabilities) in 3+ properties and is seeking a partner to provide accommodation from within their current stock or through purchase on the open market. The partner would be expected to manage the property with tenancies to be provided on an individual or shared tenancy basis.
