Tender description

The GMC are procuring: 1. A web content management system (WCMS). For the purposes of this tender, web content management is defined as the process of controlling the content to be consumed over multiple digital channels through the use of specific management tools based on a core repository. 2. An implementation partner that is aligned with the product vendor to work with the GMC. The GMC is procuring a new digital platform to manage, deliver and optimize experiences consistently across every digital touch-point. The current Web Content management System and Siebel eCustomer will be replaced with a single platform to transform our websites, portals and mobile app capability. The GMC is considering the use of both internally hosted and externally hosted or cloud based solutions. Suppliers should present their base solution as an internally hosted solution, but set out how their externally hosted or cloud offering would differ, highlighting the advantages and disadvantages. If the vendor only offers a cloud based solution then this should be presented as the only option.
