The Requirement. The Groups principal Care business activities are to provide a range of care and support services to people in need across central Scotland. An exercise is underway as part of a pre-procurement process to identify potential solutions for a replacement of the Group Care IT platform. Currently there are 750 employees providing care and around 3 000 supported service users. For licensing requirements we would look for indicative costs for the above and also consider future growth of 200 % within 1- 2 years. Between the two primary Care organisations within the company there are 2 separate solutions currently in use, an on premise application and the other a cloud hosted solution. This market consultation exercise is an exciting opportunity for Suppliers to participate in finalising the WHG's procurement strategy and gain insight into the proposed contract strategy.
