Extreme Networks Supply and Support Framework

Tender description

Warrington Borough Council is seeking to award a single supplier framework to a capable Provider for the provision of Extreme Networks supply and support services. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with the option to extend for 2 x 12 months periods, at the discretion of the Council. The Council is not committing to a minimum level of service requirement or any purchases for the service. It shall only order goods and services on an “as required” basis, as the Council will from time to time require. Tenderers are required to be a certified Extreme Networks Partner, as a minimum Silver status. Extreme Networks have assured the Council all partners shall be given parity of pricing for this opportunity. All questions and clarifications must be raised using the Chest messaging service. The Council will not enter into exclusive discussions regarding the requirements of this ITT and all communications must be conducted via the Chest. Keywords: Extreme Networks
