This notice is not a call for competition but is an early market engagement exercise to enable Crescent Purchasing Consortium (CPC) to engage with suppliers to better understand the market and explore the potential for a Disclosure and Barring Services framework to service the needs of CPC Members and the wider Public Sector as a whole. The CPC wishes to go to market for a Disclosure and Barring Services framework and to this end, CPC would like to invite suppliers to engage with CPC, through its procurement partners NPG Limited, to discuss the nature of the forthcoming framework, its' design, specification and constructs. This notice is seeking suppliers who my wish to engage in this regard.
