Tender description

The University of Warwick's Warwick Sport has a requirement to lease and/or purchase a range of gym equipment over a five (5) year period. The equipment is broken down into the following four (4) Lots:\n Lot 1:\n - Cardiovascular (with and without integrated TV options to be outlined) and inclusive of IFI accredited items Fixed resistance, including plate loaded equipment\n Lot 2:\n - Free weights and strength and conditioning equipment\n Lot 3:\n - Functional Training provision\n Lot 4:\n - Studio Bikes\n \n Whilst a list of equipment has been provided for each Lot, the University welcomes other recommendations and unique equipment or ideas to enable us to develop a distinctive facility. \n \n In order to express interest in this opportunity please go to the University of Warwick In-Tend supplier portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick). Answers to bidder questions will be issued via the Clarifications function.\n \n You are required to electronically submit your tender response via the In-Tend System. \n \n Additionally, the University requires \n - One electronic copy of the entire tender response via the In-Tend website (please clearly label the title of all electronic files uploaded). \n - One hard copy of all direct technical and commercial information in response to Part Two - The Goods and Services Requirement. \n - One hard copy of all commercial information in response to Part Three - Supplier Assurance Questions & Declarations. \n - One electronic hard copies on memory stick compatible with Microsoft Windows or PDF. \n \n All submissions to be received by the University of Warwick before the deadline stated above.
