Tender description

The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGPL) provides homes and housing services to around 65 000 households and deliver over 10 000 hours of care every week. TGPL are seeking to procure the provision of cleaning services for its estates. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services within this lot will be delivered to approximately 310 schemes. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services in this lot will be delivered to approximately 260 schemes. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services in this lot will be delivered to approximately 235 schemes. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services in this lot will be delivered to approximately 190 schemes. These services will include, but not be limited to, periodic and reactive cleaning, cleaning of internal and external communal areas, window cleaning and other related services. The services in this lot will be delivered to approximately 240 schemes.
