On 22/1/16 OJEU notice 2016/S 015-023080 was published in relation to Devon County Council carrying out a procurement process for Enforcement Agency Services through the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System reference 587. This procurement was discontinued in October 2016, see OJEU supplement notice 2016/S 210-383365. Devon County Council is now intending to undertake a below OJEU threshold concession contract procurement process in respect of Enforcement Agency Services as the contract value falls below the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 threshold value of 4 104 394 GBP.
