Plassey Campus Developments Ltd (the ‘Authority’) wish to appoint a design team for a New Student Centre Development. The following design team services are required; — Lot 1: Architect including PSDP, Fire Safety Design, Façade Design and Acoustics. — Lot 2: Project Manager. — Lot 3: Civil / Structural Engineer. — Lot 4: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer. — Lot 5: Quantity Surveyor. — Lot 6: Landscape Architect.
