Providers of Services in Independent Children’s Residential Homes, Residential Short Breaks and Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools and Colleges - Following significant engagement with Providers of all services to be included in this solution, The NE12+ Collaborative held a Provider Engagement Event on Tuesday 28 February 2017 to present the NE12+ Phase Two proposed Commissioning Model prior to a consultation period of 2 weeks (Wednesday 1st March until Wednesday 15th March 2017). Following a review of feedback received, the NE12+ Collaborative have decided to consult for a further period of nine weeks from publication of this notice to ensure the Phase 2 model is sustainable for Providers and viable for Local Authorities. Therefore, the Collaborative would like to formally announce an extension of the consultation period to allow an opportunity for Provider feedback to be considered on the attached Revised Commissioning model (Revised FINAL 7 April 2017). The consultation period will be open for nine weeks from publication of this notice and close on 12 June 2017.
