Tender description
This contract is for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a White Light Interferometer, including packing, shipping, delivery and training of users. The supply of consumables / spare and replacement parts is also to be included in the scope of this contract. The successful bidder will need to demonstrate that they can provide a non-contact topographical profilometer with 3D imaging capability that works on the principles of white light interferometry, capable of sub-nm vertical resolution.
