Tender description

Network Rail (NR) wishes to undertake a soft market testing exercise to help determine the best way to deliver a solution for its Road Vehicle Fleet Management. As part of this process NR is interested in entering into pre-procurement dialogue with market specialists to explore the best current Fleet Management solutions that will provide value for money for NR. NR wishes this process to provide it with external perspectives, advice and challenges to enable it to better understand and assess relevant market interest and potential supplier capability to work with NR. This will also help NR to determine the most appropriate method for supporting and enhancing delivery of Fleet Management Services to its business.
