Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster City Council (the “Authorities”) are issuing this request for a quotation (‘RFQ’) for the provision by a single supplier of a review of their existing Annual Staff Engagement Survey, the delivery of a new Annual Staff Engagement survey and delivery of up to six smaller Pulse Surveys each year. The detailed requirements (“the Services”) are set out in the Specification.
