South Cambridgeshire District Council - Consultative Services for the Design and Management of Housing Developments Release 2

Tender description

SCDC is looking to establish a framework contract that comprises of a number of Designs Teams (maximum number of 3 Design Teams). The framework contract will establish through OJEU compliant Open Procedure (under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015) who the 3 successful Design Teams will be. A mini competition will be held for each piece of work to the 3 successful Design Teams. The Design Teams that are appointed by South Cambridgeshire District Council shall provide a full design and management service on a number of housing developments within the District and surrounding areas where appropriate. Cambridge City Council and Cambridge County Council will be entitled to use this contract at their discretion. Keywords: architects contract, design management, employers agent
