Tender description

The aim of this Framework Tender is to contract with a number of Providers to provide a range of accommodation and support to meet the individual needs of each young person. The outcome will be to enable the young person to develop and gain the necessary skills to live independently as well as encouraging Education, Training and Employment with an emphasis on good Health outcomes. Cat 1.1 Emergency provisions (short-term). Cat 1.2 Transition provision from Foster and Residential. Cat 1.3 Independence and move on (inclusive of outreach support). Cat 2.1 Emergency provision (short stay 1-7 nights). Cat 2.2 Short-term provisions with support hours. Cat 2.3 Accommodation only up until 18 years without support hours.
