Required services include: (a) Electronic Security Systems Maintenance, (b) Intruder Alarm Systems Maintenance, (c) Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance, (d) Fire Extinguisher Maintenance, (e) Central Station Monitoring, (f) Keyholding Services. In addition, St Michael's House is currently reviewing its requirements in relation to Emergency Lighting. Therefore it is possible that the scope of the contract may be expanded to include: (g) Emergency Lighting Maintenance.
