Network Homes (NH) are engaging a Service Provider to carry out planned preventative maintenance / servicing, responsive repairs, 365 days a year with 24 hour breakdown call out cover and replacement of fire fighting equipment and systems within estates and properties owned by NH. Network Homes (NH) are engaging one Service Provider to carry out planned preventative maintenance / servicing, responsive repairs, 365 days a year with 24 hour breakdown call out cover and replacement of fire fighting equipment and systems within estates and properties owned by NH in London and the Home Counties. The contract shall start in August/September 2017 for a period of 5 years extendable at Network Homes' option by up to 5 further consecutive period(s) of one (1) year.
