DESCRIPTION OF WORKS Refurbishment works to 59nr dwellings at Mountview Drive & Skyline Drive, Lisburn. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information and the Contract. Refer to Contract Data for Works Information and detail of the Contract. FORM OF CONTRACT The Contract is an NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract Short Contract (June 2013) as amended by Z clauses as set out in the Contract Data CONSTRUCTION PERIOD Following the conclusion of the procurement exercise, the Contractor may be appointed and agrees to carry out the Works for the amount submitted by the Contractor in 104 weeks (including all Public and Statutory holidays) in Sections as detailed in Appendix O of the CDI Document. This process will strictly be in full compliance with the Contract.
