Tender description
Southend Borough Council on behalf of the Lancaster School requires a contractor to supply and install a fire alarm system to BS5839-1. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract 2016. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. It is anticipated that quotation documents will be published via the e-tender system on 6th March 2017 with a return date of 31st March 2017. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the quotation documents are available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 24th July 2017 and we anticipate a five week programme of works. Keywords: fire alarm
