Southend Borough Council on behalf of the Lancaster School requires a contractor to supply and install a fire alarm system to BS5839-1. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract 2016. The quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 70% for price and 30% for quality. In order to access the opportunity to quote you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below. If you do not register your interest via the portal you will not be able to access quotation documents. Please do not e-mail to register your interest. https://procontract.due-north.com It is anticipated that quotation documents will be published via the e-tender system on 6th March 2017 with a return date of 31st March 2017. You will receive an e-mail once you have registered to inform you that the quotation documents are available. The proposed commencement date of this project is 24th July 2017 and we anticipate a five week programme of works.
