PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORKS AT ABERCORN COURT PORTRUSH

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS The Project is for the provision of Planned Refurbishment Works at Abercorn Court Portrush to include Cyclical works including the replacement of roof coverings, internal fire door, decoration to communal areas and the re-fit of the communal kitchen and lounge. Works are to be substantially commenced by 31st March 2016. Contract period is for 12 months should additional works be identified within this timeframe in a similar geographic location. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works. The Contractor shall provide the Works in accordance with the Works Information. Refer to CDI Document 2 of 6 Contract Data for Works Information FORM OF CONTRACT The Contract is an NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract, Short Contract (April 2013) (as set out in the Contract Data information contained in Document CDI). This process will strictly be in full compliance with the Contract. WORKS TO BE PROVIDED BY CONTRACTOR Tenderers shall include within their TR-PS all sums required by the Tenderer to provide the Works.
