Tender description

To create two new animated information videos that aim to make businesses, customers and individuals aware of how to report a cartel. The project deliverables are: - Two animated videos delivered as hi-res video files, optimised for playback online (via YouTube), and including Welsh sub-titled versions - Accompanying voice-over (English only) and background music for each clip. The videos will sit within the CMAs 'competing fairly' suite of videos. As the videos describe legal requirements, the CMA will provide pre-approved scripts and full scriptwriting services are not therefore required. However we envisage the storyboarding process will be collaborative and welcome the input and perspective of the appointed agency.
