Belfast Metropolitan College. Belfast Met. is the largest Further and Higher Education College in Northern Ireland and the sixth largest in the UK with an average enrolment of some 30 000 students per year. It provides a wide range of services in education and training, addressing every level of provision from leisure to post graduate study. In an effort to deliver more effective teaching, learning and assessment, Belfast Metropolitan College would like to procure a ‘Learner Management System (LMS)’ that enables staff, and students, to easily produce, access and administer engaging online course content.
