Tender description

The University of West London (UWL) is seeking to purchase a Oscillatory Rheometer for use in a newly created Food Innovation Lab at their main campus on St Mary's Road, Ealing, London. The Oscillatory Rheometer is required to provide new insights into the physical mechanisms that govern the mechanical properties of soft materials, and to quantify both the viscous-like and the elastic-like properties of a material at different time scales.
