Instructions to Tenderers for the Dublin Area Bus Network Redesign Contract

Tender description

The National Transport Authority wishes to invite tenders for the Dublin Area Bus Network Redesign Contract. The core objective of the Services is to design, and plan the implementation of, a revised network of PSO Services that achieves an increased number of passengers using the PSO Services at a broadly equivalent cost to the cost of subvention of the current PSO services. It is envisaged that this Contract will be awarded in December and that the redesign of the PSO Services network will be completed by the end of 2017, with implementation to occur in the first half of 2018.
